This is the first pattern I released. One day a lady came into my Mum’s shop and asked if we had a sewing pattern for a three-year-old’s sailor collar dress. All the sailor collar patterns in the catalogue were for babies, so I drafted this one.
I designed and drafted it long before I learned industrial sewing and pattern cutting methods, so this one uses home-sewing methods and has 1.5cm seam allowances.
